We have used ATD twice this winter for heating issues at our home. Each time, they were attentive and thorough to our problems and timely with getting the job done. Every technician has been kind and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use their services again should the need arise.
I needed the piping installed for a gas insert in my fireplace. The job required a certified pipe fitter, which ATD has. After getting a cost estimate and appointment was set up. The technician showed up on time, reviewed the process with me and went to work. He completed the job quickly, explained the new installation to me and cleaned up his work area completely. He was knowledgeable and personable. I will use ATD again if I have a need.
The thing I really like the most about ATD plumbing, aside from their expertise, is their promptness of response. They are always accessible, friendly, and get the job done properly. What more could you ask for?
I am so thankful for Chris from ATD Mechanical. I had ATD install a water filtration system. During installation, Chris noticed my lead pipe water service coming into the house was leaking. This could have been a disaster if this wasn’t detected. Thank you, Chris, for saving me so much grief finding that leak. I was able to fix with no recourse. Highly recommended!!
Can’t say enough good things about ADT. On the mechanical side they helped up heat and cool our basement, I said the same tech every visit and he was a pleasure to have him my house every time. The plumbing side: Tracy was a real joy and got our new bathroom completed with great communication and skill. Matt the owner has been very available and responsive throughout the entire process even when I dragged it along on my end. You can tell they all take pride in what they do which seems rare. 10/10, real refreshing, great service.
